From NO thing to SOW ing

We have seen in our earlier letters how environment shapes our behaviour and dopamine choreographs our actions- this inherently gives rise to repeated patterns from which emerges our identity.
We seem to have lost control- yes it seems because we have spent time superficially, flying by moments that never seems to amount to what we always try to set out for initially, every day, every week!
Our roots are damaged- some parts of it is suffocating due to too much water, some have dried up since we aren't able to focus, and some might even grown to an extent which we wouldn't have even wanted to otherwise.

Before the cure, there comes a steady level of preparedness. Above represents n number of symptoms to problems arising out of disconnectedness. Increasing connectedness is like building capacity for creating barriers at will to what isn't required to promote pruning of damaged roots, and sowing the seeds of abundance at will to direct our lens on focusing on roots that are damaged, and are falling short of expected growth.
Or in other words, lets ask ourselves ..How rooted we really are?
- to consciousness- the more we are, the less we run on autopilot
- with the purpose we want ourselves to live- the more clarity there is, the less deviations there are, to what happens in reality vs our intentions
This brings us to the point where we can elaborate the two most important focal practices, that all of us should immediately start embracing- like they are our best friends for life.
Practicing No Mind at will : knowing and being in the unknown vastness of space, where everything else arises . XX mins of absolute nothing- replace xx with just any number that is our time of maintaining absolute nothing in agenda, neither having or holding on to thoughts, deprived of any interpretations, thats our zero, the void, the Space Between everything else that arises and not describable in words!
We humans even have a word for this- Meditation! and often describe it as if we are doing some kind of action. But it's not that! That's actually a limitation of words in our dictionary, for something that can not be put into just a word! Its the unknown, a state of presence or oneness with the void, where everything else seems to exist.
Like you wont have noise or sound, unless theres silence

Creating space and time for absolute nothing has a deeper significance, that can’t be described here- forget about even attempting to. But we can, at the least, know the knowns better. okay how?
Every day when we get to experience the nothing state, it allows us for once, to stay connected with this one life, one vast empty space. Henceforth, throughout the day whatever arises, there’s a more conscious space around, and no pre-filtered lens of thoughts clouting that experience. Through this we are able to effortlessly attend whatever happens in the now in its true nature- and not resorting to malpractices of our minds like applying judgements, or resorting to fear, greed, ego to shape our actions
Practice Sowing thoughts that represents our Intention : this is like cleaning our lens or glasses everyday before we start looking out into this world we live in. This should come after practicing no mind. Because we want to make room, deep within, before housing what is fundamental, what brings more meaning, more joy in this one life! Sowing thoughts could also be seen as visualising an ideal set of outcomes that vividly illustrates the best that we already are!- not what could be! Remember we already are capable of impacting our own lives, now at this very moment, only the ideal set of outcomes lie ahead a bit farther from us. We need to visualise to understand this reality, and thereby act in tandem now- that's how clear our lens should be every morning. And that is, and should be definitely exciting!
Well the last part might not be easily ingestible, that's where spirituality and science meet. Rather than what's around as evidence, embrace deep within, daily, the best what can be as the best there already is. Actions should precede outcomes, and for that to happen we need to accept, the future is already here, now- otherwise it will always be at a distant, like a fool's paradise!
