Energy States: Effortless effort

Energy, in its deepest sense, either draws us into a flow state or creates resistance that gives rise to the urge of getting something over with, without experiencing it in full presence.
I am sure we all have experienced this:
When we are meant to work with/on something that isn't sparking a natural flow state, we either resort to procrastination, get distracted easily, or continue working on it slowly with the intent of somehow getting it done.

On the contrary, there are instances where we are instantly able to laser in on the work, and do so effortlessly!
Let's take the latter kind of experience where the context is personal growth. Does it really represent our authentic nature? Well, I don't know, but surely it is our deepest connection to the present moment.

Unlike past-future cycles that our minds trap us into, energy manifests itself as pure presence. It is direction without fear, direction without doubts, that is actually able to translate into what we coin as progress. Progress through effortless focus gives us a sense of accomplishment. Actions that emerge out of compensatory mechanisms of fear, ego, and social conditioning reduce progress into just mundane ordinary processes that we eventually grow to distaste! This distaste is more evident when are presented with an alternate choice that we are able to hold very closely to our heart.
Energy appears to be an authentic compass, unlike thoughts which are mostly prone to influences. When we move against our true nature, we feel the depletion of energy—and energy doesn't lie.
What is the real significance and why is it so powerful?
When you associate yourself with an idea, interest, and clarity on the immediate next action, it helps you transcend the limitation of mental constructs and barriers. While thoughts arise mostly from mental anticipation of future and past, energy is grounded in presence and represents direct experience; none of it is made up!
This also brings us to the point where we need to be observant. The motive should be to start noting what feels second nature for us when it comes to getting involved—ask yourselves:
• Is it effortless?
• Are we distracted?
• Are we doing just to get done with it?
• Is it clarity that promotes ultra focus?
This way we embrace the awareness of engagements that ignite deep flow states, and those that merely take away hours from our schedules. Noting down the definition, nature, skill, and folks around us while we experience elevated energy should guide us in answering the question:
What and how can we get into more such flow states? This answer might as well lead to the meaning and purpose of our existence. In essence, this is how we can escape mental and societal constructs dictating our day and importance for us, and move into deeper living through what we call direct experience—where just the doing brings us more meaning than being merely reduced to means to an end.
This kind of progressive energy has the ability to:
• Transform identities
• Attract unknown opportunities
• Promote further clarity in terms of holding the clear lens of what our ideal self can sustainably do and deliver
• Add value for our fellow beings in the process
It is a path of:
• Maximum effectiveness
• Maximum impact
• Authentic expression of self
• Deeper experience
• Maximum flow states
• Minimum distortions
• Maximum opportunities
• Minimum mental barriers
Sustainable fulfilling long-term journey over shorter delusional non-sustaining cycles dictated by external conditions

Leaving you with a thought here:
Not everything we get to experience is a function of what we want, since what we want is itself a function of what we have been exposed to in the past. It's circular, so luck is of course a factor. But also, luck often seems to be more lucky when it's not applicable to us, but rather to someone else we're observing.
